Grilled Southwestern Pork Chops

1 | tablespoon chili powder |
1 | teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 | teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) |
1/4 | teaspoon salt |
1 | large clove garlic, finely chopped |
8 | pork loin or rib chops, about 1/2 inch thick (about 2 lb) |
- 1 In small bowl, mix all ingredients except pork; rub evenly on both sides of pork. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
- 2 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place pork on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, until no longer pink in center.
