Recipe of the day

Shrimp spread

1 6 oz. can shrimp, drained
1 small onion, minced fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
dash garlic salt

Shred the shrimp with a fork then add all
the remaining ingredients. Blend well and
refrigerate at least 3 hours. Spread on party
rye, sprinkle with paprika and broil until
brown and melted.
