Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, this historic limestone arch was once a sacred site to the Native American Monacan tribe. Later owned by Thomas Jefferson, it is now a US Registered Natural Landmark and continues to delight visitors with its interpretive living history Monacan village and a vibrant sound and light show (held seasonally, at dark) called the Drama of Creation, as recorded in the book of Genesis.
Other family-friendly offerings on this 1600-acre site include the Natural Bridge Caverns, a wax museum, gift shops and much more. There are nearby options for dining, shopping and overnight accommodations-as well as seasonal events-so plan to stay long enough to enjoy all that Natural Bridge has to offer.Admission: | Yes |
