Recipe of the day

Caramel Apples:

  • 1 crispy apple, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons caramel topping (for ice cream, available in jars)

Preparation:

1. Add apple wedges to a small bowl. Place the caramel topping in a small microwave-safe dish and heat on LOW in microwave until topping is warm (about 20 seconds).
2. Drizzle caramel over the apples and enjoy!
