Book Of The Month/December

Ok, so for November, the Book of the Month was Lalita Tademy's, "Cane River". An awesome book, based on Ms. Tademy's own familiy's struggles with slavery. Very awesome read, very personal, uplifting, & of course, sad at times, definitely one of my favorite books! So, for December, I must make her 2nd book, "Red River', this month's choice. "Red River", goes on telling the story of this beloved familie's struggles, in the future generations. You won't be sorry on either of these choices. Happy Reading!! :-D
