Recipe of the day

Creole cod fillets

133 calories, 7 grams carbohydrates, 24 grams
protein and 1 gram fat per serving.

2    lbs. cod fillets
2    tbsp. instant-type flour
1    small onion, sliced
1    16 oz. can tomatoes
1    pimiento, chopped
1    bay leaf
1/4  tsp. monosodium glutamate
1    tsp. salt
1/4  tsp. oregano
     dash of pepper

     If fish is frozen, allow to thaw.  Cut into
serving pieces and put in shallow 2 quart
baking dish.  Mix remaining ingredients
and pour over top and bake in 350 degree oven
for about 1 hour.  Serves 6.
