Another day

I'm spending another day getting closer to God. I love this time I've had with Him. It's not that I sit all day reading my bible, or even praying, I do alot, but no, I sit mostly & just let Him talk with me & help me heal. I feel rested & comforted. It's a good thing! :-) Sometimes when we get stressed, or don't feel well, or are having reminders of the past, & just ordinary life can get to us, & when that happens to me, that's when I take these times to get into God's presence more. God can & will help you & heal you, but you have to ask Him. You have to put Him first, in all things & let Him know you love Him. He's there, He's real, but He's waiting for you to make that choice to accept Him. He doesn't push Himself on us, we have to choose Him. But, once you do, your life will be so much greater!
