Well, here's today's recipe: I think I'll go with: Tangy Basil Bean Salad:
2 cans 16 oz. kidney beans
1 can 16oz. lima beans
1 can sliced ripe olives,drained
1 1/2 cups sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 TBLspoon dijon mustard
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Drain & rinse kidney & lima beans. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Serve chilled. Enjoy!! :-)
